Our mission is to guide companies, public institutions, and service providers safely through the digital SAP landscape. This allows our customers to concentrate on what is truly important to them, namely their own vision. We at in4MD Service and our team see ourselves as reliable companions who identify opportunities and open up new perspectives. Because our customers’ vision is our mission.

The travel metaphor – Why we chose this image
We have long used the metaphor of travel, often quite naturally:
- “Where is the journey taking us?”
- “Which path should we take?”
- “What prospects are opening up for us?”
In developing our vision, we realized how well this image suits us. The travel metaphor connects the past, present, and future, allowing us to recount experiences and successes and grow with our new goals. It helps us to bring all employees along with us, provide guidance, and identify new paths together.

The „Big Bang“
The vision event at the OLi cinema was a real highlight for all of us. Around 90 employees gathered at the charming cult cinema in the heart of Magdeburg to experience together how our vision and strategy for 2035 is taking shape. Our management team presented the vision and our new guidelines, which were developed by a small project team in collaboration with the management. It was particularly important to us that all employees understand that the strategy is not a finished document, but a joint process that we will now continue to develop together.
In the run-up to the event, the project team worked intensively in workshops and coaching sessions to identify our values and lay the foundations for our strategy. After the event, we not only took away new ideas, but also redesigned our office space: our vision and values are now visible everywhere, reminding us every day of what drives us.
Meaningful purpose & customer focus beyond the event
A special highlight: Our customers are the reason why we are committed to our work every day. Many of our employees sit at their computers and see little of the people behind the projects. That’s why we give our customers a space to be visible with real exhibits in our offices, giving our colleagues the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of our customers’ businesses and get to know them better. Because everyone at in4MD Service should know who we work for and what difference we make.

Our vision sets the direction, our values are our inner compass. Together with all our employees, we want to continuously develop our strategy and achieve our goals: to become the most customer-friendly SAP full-service provider and to create a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers and the enthusiasm of our team. We work every day to improve and create genuine innovations.
