Do all products in the suite have to be used together?
No, each product can be used independently. The only requirement is that Extension Control is available, as it serves as the central component through which all products are managed. Extension Control is also freely available as a Community Edition.
Which SAP releases are the tools compatible with?
54PowerTools runs on all ABAP stacks from AS 7.4 onwards – including ECC, SAP S/4HANA on-premise, and the private cloud.
How complex is the implementation?
The add-on can be installed within one day. Initial productive use is usually possible after just three days.
How is audit compliance ensured?
Through seamless linking of requirements, approvals, responsible parties, and import history—the complete Digital Thread is fully documented.
Do the tools affect system performance?
The architecture is resource-efficient, so no noticeable impact on day-to-day system performance is expected.
Do all 54PowerTools products need to be licensed together?
Extension Control is available as a standalone Community Edition without support and is free for everyone. The other 54PowerTools products are always licensed together.
