THE OBJECTIVE

The SWM operates numerous SAP systems and provides them to its subsidiaries within the group. This complex system landscape will be successively renewed to offer its own end customers and SAP customers the best possible service and support. In addition to the migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA, further services, especially cloud solutions, will be integrated

THE PROJECT

In order to be able to meet the needs of SWM’s continuously growing partner network, the conversion from a single-client solution to a multi-client solution is an essential part of the transformation. The technical requirements of the various customers have led to an exceptionally versatile, integrated system landscape at SWM.

Furthermore, SWM employs two Basis employees who support the successive conversion of the individual SAP systems. We supplement this Basis support with our competences in the areas of SAP HANA, system maintenance and system operation. 

THE HIGHLIGHTS

Due to the very large number of end users, support involves a wide variety of tasks that often go beyond system administration. This is sometimes challenging, as we receive a wide variety of requests from other departments. On the other hand, this work also gives us great satisfaction, as we are able to make the work of the individual employees noticeably easier as a day-to-day companion
